LIFT welcomes all interested volunteers. Prior to volunteering, LIFT volunteers must undergo a background check. LIFT needs mentors, group session leaders on special topics, motivational speakers, administrative assistants, grant writers, fundraiser leaders, field trip chaperones, and bus drivers. Thank you for your interest in donating to our cause! LIFT welcomes all types of donations to further our operations. Monetary donations are accepted through Pay Pal. Goods such as art supplies, games, books, etc. can be mailed or dropped off in person. Services such as catering, transportation for field trips, recreational services, etc. are also needed. Thank you! We’re glad you like the look of the site. We spent a few days toying around with different looks but finally settled on the WordPress theme Techozoic 1.9.4 by Jeremy Clark. LIFT already had a vision of our brand and how we wanted to present it graphically. We simply customized the color, widgets, design, columns,m and content to fit our preferences, and voila! It’s much easier than it sounds from practice. We read/watched a lot of online web programming and design tutorials to help get us started. Your libcom site is great as well!
